Our client is an innovative and successful mid-sized company with more than 1000 employees headquartered in Germany. The company is a market leader in its industry with a diverse product range, several well-known brands and high-quality processing, ensuring the competitiveness of the corporate group. We are seeking a compelling Country Manager (all genders) for the company's headquarters in France, who has extensive experience in operational and strategic B2B sales as well as logistics processes. Excellent analytical skills and a pronounced leadership with experience in an international environment complete the desired competency profile.


DIE AUFGABENSTELLUNG

  • Overall responsibility for sales and logistics in France (turnover 10 Mio€) with direct influence on corporate strategy and goals, ensuring smooth logistics processes
  • Technical and disciplinary leadership responsibility for 9 employees (office-based and in the field)
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve corporate goals in the local sales area as well as globally
  • Identification and integration of new technologies and materials


IHR PROFIL

  • Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience and convincing sales track record, ideally with several years of leadership experience as well as knowledge of B2B sales of French market
  • Empathetic personality with an excellent understanding of relationship management as well as team-oriented action with an open feedback culture
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as strong cost awareness
  • Solid experience in MS Office and modern ERP systems, SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Fluent in French, both written and spoken, as well as very good English skills
