We are currently seeking an internationally experienced sales executive (all genders) for a high-impact leadership role. This position requires a strategic mindset, deep intercultural leadership experience, and a proven track record in global brand development. As part of the executive team, you will drive the company's international growth strategy and expand its global market presence


DIE AUFGABENSTELLUNG

  • Overall responsibility for global sales activities (Retail &
E-Commerce) with responsibility for 4 business units
and a double-digit million turnover
  • Development and implementation of effective sales strategies to achieve corporate goals
  • Responsibility for planning, controlling, and optimizing the budget within the framework of the corporate strategy
  • Building and maintaining relationships with dealers and business partners
  • Managing sales and logistics and ensuring efficient and smooth logistics processes
  • Analyzing market trends and identifying new business opportunities and market


IHR PROFIL

  • Degree in business administration, marketing, sales or
a comparable qualification
  • Professional background in sales with a strong track record of success, ideally in FMCG retail or B2B environment
  • Empathetic and relationship-driven leadership style, with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to
an open and constructive feedback culture
  • Strong communication skills to effectively lead and develop decentralized, international teams
  • High level of self-motivation, strong results orientation, as well as strategic and analytical thinking
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); additional languages (e.g. french) are a plu
