For the company’s headquarter in France, we are seeking an experienced General Manager (all genders) France, who has several years of experience in operational and strategic B2B sales as well as expertise in managing complex logistics processes. Excellent analytical skills, international leadership experience, and a strong drive for shaping and implementing strategies complete the desired profile.
DIE AUFGABENSTELLUNG
- Technical and disciplinary leadership responsibility for 9 employees (office-based and in the field)
- Full responsibility for sales and logistics in France (annual turnover: €10 million), with direct impact on corporate strategy and business objectives; ensuring efficient and seamless logistics operations
- Development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve corporate goals in the local sales area as well as globally
- Identification and integration of innovative technologies and materials to drive product and process improvement
- Building and maintaining relationships with dealers and business partners
- Monitoring market trends and identifying new business opportunities to support growth and competitiveness
IHR PROFIL
- Bachelor and/or master’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a comparable qualification
- Professional background in sales with a strong track record of success; ideally combined with several years of leadership experience and in-depth knowledge of the French B2B market
- Empathetic and relationship-driven leadership style, with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to open, constructive feedback culture
- Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as strong cost awareness
- Solid experience in MS Office and modern ERP systems, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Fluent in French, both written and spoken, as well as very good English skills
